Não Encontro a sessão do POS, que fazer?

Ao abrir o POS, se não encontra a sessão, isto é deve-se ao facto do seu estado ter sido alterado para Inativo ou Obsoleto.

Para verificar isso deve entrar No menu Ponto de Venda > Configuração > Ponto de Venda, Selecionar a sessão do POS e no canto superior esquerdo selecionar a opção Definir como Ativo.
