Porque não consigo encontrar um cliente nos relatórios impressos?

Ao imprimir um relatório , por exemplo o "Balancete de Verificação", verificou a ausencia de contatos nos impressos adquiridos. isto deve-se ao arquivar contatos. 

É possivel desarquivar os mesmos seguindo o How To "Como desarquivar Contatos".
